Sage On The Stage was born out of my love for artistry, food, and hospitality. After years of organizing events and creating memorable experiences in both my professional career and personal life, I felt inspired to bring something truly special to El Paso, beautifully crafted charcuterie presented with warmth, joy, and intention. Every creation I design blends fresh ingredients, thoughtful styling, and a genuine passion for making people feel celebrated.
Serving others has always been at the heart of who I am, a value instilled in me by my parents and strengthened through my faith. As a proud mother of two, I am inspired daily by their encouragement to dream boldly and live with purpose. Their love, along with the support of my incredible family, has made this new chapter possible.
After nearly three decades in education, I traded professional development for a charcuterie board and discovered a new kind of stage, one where artistry and hospitality take the spotlight. The name Sage On The Stage reflects that journey. Just as a touch of sage can transform a dish, my goal is to transform gatherings into something extraordinary. You can book your event through our website’s inquiry form. We recommend securing your date 2–4 weeks in advance.
A minimum order of 10 cups or cones is required to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
For boxes, cups, and cones, please order 3–5 days in advance.
For cart events, book 2–4 weeks ahead.
Same-day orders aren't guaranteed, but reach out and we'll help if our schedule allows.

Yes, we deliver within El Paso and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary by locaion.
